Beating in the Bush

If a church has “children’s church”, they do not believe in baptismal regeneration. They are also at least semi-Pelagianists.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

OK; I’ll bite — define “Children’s Church” for me .. is it something separate from the main service? In the church that I attend we have a children’s segment where the children go to the front and one of the pastors sits down and has a short lesson. But they remain in the church for the remainder of the service, and you can see many of them following along.

When ushering and watching everyone from the back of the nave I’m amazed by the intense looks of hatred the child-haters can give to fellow Christians during Divine Service.

  3. Norm, see the link above “How it begins” — the children’s sermon is adresed there.

Maybe they’re concerned that a baby’s cry would startle them to spill the coffee and other drinks they bring into the divine service.
